The House
​
I have a large detatched house in a quiet cul-de-sac. The house has a good sized garden for children to play in and lots of space inside for indoor activities.
The house has been completely risk-assessed to provide a safe environment for children to be looked after in including having a fire blanket, cupboard door safety locks and brand new smoke alarms.
I have all the main kit your child will need - highchairs, car seats and pushchairs. I also have a wide range of toys for both indoor and outdoor play including role play equipment, craft resources and sand and water trays.
We also have 2 friendly cats living with us - Wotsit and Tessie.
Location
I live on the Ashcroft Place development in Benfleet, just off the A13, close to Thundersley and Hadleigh. The house is in a quiet cul-de-sac. There are small play areas and a children's maze on the development for the children to use.
I am situated right next to a small woodland, and am also near Westwood, Shipwrights Wood, Hadleigh country park, farm and castle. I am not far from Leigh-on-Sea's beaches - great for fun day trips out!
Getting Around
I have a 7 seater car to transport the children in. Appropriate car seats will be provided by myself.
I hold a full, clean driving licence and have Class 1 Business car insurance.
The car has a 5* safety rating.
Meals

Meals and snacks are included in the fee.
All meals will be freshly prepared and homemade - no processed foods or pre-prepared sauces.
I will provide healthy snacks inbetween meals and fresh, drinking water will be available to all children at all times.
